			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Why Visit Richmond Virginia [905'942], the capital of Virginia in Richmond, United States is one of the most historic cities, but need not be an amateur in history to enjoy all that Richmond offer&#8217; Today, Florissant Richmond is a cosmopolitan center with a charming mix of old and new technologies&#8217; The city is a center for business, education and entertainment opportunities&#8217;</p>
<p>Top of the list of places to visit is the Byrd Theater&#8217; This is a movie about a mansion built a century ago&#8217; The architecture is typical of the era of Italian marble and the interior style murals&#8217; Boxes and a balcony overlooking the room below&#8217; For treatment on Saturday evening, an organ that once accompanied silent movies Wurlitzer, is played&#8217; The audience can sing along because the lyrics are displayed on the screen&#8217; Staff have fun on their clothes from the 1920s and second films are shown each day&#8217; It is a favorite spot for residents and visitors to Richmond&#8217;</p>
<p>Next on the list is Shockoe Slip&#8217; Since the 17th century, Shockoe Slip, the city&#8217;s oldest business district and once the site of the State Capitol, was occupied business&#8217; Most of the first buildings were destroyed during the civil war, but the cobblestones and the original structures dating from 1868-1888 historical strike an ideal place to visit&#8217; Today you can find the elegant dining room and a large entertainment center&#8217;</p>
<p>No visit would be complete without a visit to the State Capitol&#8217; Classical Revival building, designed by Thomas Jefferson, was the model of a Roman temple&#8217; The central rotunda is a life-size statue of George Washington is reputed to be the only one who actually requested&#8217; A small dome displays busts of eight U&#8217;S&#8217; presidents from Virginia&#8217; There is a museum in the old Hall of the House of Delegates&#8217; This historic building leads to life&#8217;</p>
<p>Fourth on the list is the District of fans&#8217; Fans district was built along the streetcar lines of the 19th century and the streets that comprise the district literally lay like a fan&#8217; Many homes have a historic plaque that shows the year it was built from 1890 to 1930 for the majority&#8217; Although many have been restored, most have retained the beautiful original wood windows, grimacing gargoyles adorned with sculptures and columns&#8217; Just walking in the area is an activity&#8217; The neighbors are friendly and VCU students or residents are members of the settled community&#8217; Tourists with children would want to stop at the door Thursday at Park Avenue&#8217; Those interested should go to the Richmond area&#8217;</p>
<p>No visit to Richmond was completed with a visit to the Church of San Juan&#8217; St&#8217; John&#8217;s Church is the site of the Convention of 1775 in Virginia, where the patriots met to discuss the issue of taking up arms against the British&#8217; This is where Patrick Henry said his famous phrase: &#8220;Give me liberty or give me death!&#8221; The Church of San Juan is one of the oldest wooden structures in Virginia&#8217;</p>
<p>These places just get you started on your journey through Richmond&#8217; Once you visit, you&#8217;ll want to stay and Nolde Condos is a great place to live when they finally decide that Richmond is their new city&#8217;</p>
<p>Nolde Condos in the Church Hill neighborhood &#8211; a great city, neighborhood, with the feeling of a small town&#8217; The Church is the hill district of the historic environment of Richmond&#8217; This district includes most of the original 32 blocks of the city established by Captain William Mayo in 1737&#8242; Church Hill is one of the largest neighborhoods in the preserves of the nineteenth century United States&#8217;</p>
